What would I do with another $20,000

Put down wood flooring through the whole house and then buy really big, beautifull area rugs.

Re-pipe the whole house

Change out the well equipment

Re-place all the duct work

Put all new insulation into the attic

Re-place all the windows and sliding doors with hurrican proof glass

Build a room in the garage

Put a large storage shed in the backyard

Take down my beloved monster tree in the backyard, before it takes out us or the neighbor during another hurricane

Get an above ground pool and a hot tub

Build a deck for it all

Put in a really nice playground in the backyard for the kids
